About Us
A Nevada-based mobile service built around professionalism, privacy, and clear communication.
At Fortress Signing & Notary, we provide mobile notary services in Las Vegas designed to be straightforward, reliable, and done right the first time. We understand that notarized documents often involve important personal, legal, or business matters, and we take that responsibility seriously.
As a mobile notary in Las Vegas, we travel to homes, offices, hospitals, care facilities, and other approved locations to make the notarization process more convenient—without compromising attention to detail or legal standards. We confirm signer readiness, appointment details, and any applicable travel/service fees in advance. Requests are not final bookings until confirmed.
We operate in strict accordance with Nevada notary laws, emphasizing proper identification, signer awareness, and document accuracy at every appointment.
Important
We do not provide legal advice or document preparation. We can explain what a notarization requires, but we cannot advise which document you should use.

FAQ
Helpful answers to keep your appointment smooth and prevent delays.
What do I need ready before the notary arrives?
Have the document(s) ready (unsigned), all required signers present, and acceptable identification available. If witnesses are required, confirm that in advance.
Do all signers need to be present at the same time?
Yes, typically. Most notarizations require each signer to appear before the notary at the time the notarization is performed.
Can you tell me which document I should use?
No. We do not provide legal advice. We can explain the notarization process and what is required to complete a notarization, but we cannot advise which legal document you should choose.
Do I need to upload my ID?
No. Please do not upload government-issued IDs unless we explicitly request it for coordination.
How do travel/service fees work?
Travel/service fees are optional and separate from Nevada notarial act fees. We confirm any travel/service fees and availability before travel begins.
Where can I see exact pricing?
Our Pricing page contains the written pricing framework (statutory notarial fees, travel/service fees, admin add-ons, and retainer structure).
What happens if we aren’t ready at the appointment time?
To keep schedules fair, signers and documents should be ready at arrival. If additional time is needed after arrival, a wait fee may apply. If required signers or IDs are missing, we may need to reschedule.
What happens after I submit a request?
We review your details and contact you (usually within 24 hours) to confirm availability, location, and any travel/service fees before finalizing your appointment.
Do you offer retainer service?
Yes. Retainer support may be available for qualifying repeat clients. Terms are confirmed in writing.
